Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kumera-Cumel DASM-1080A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lear products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leadshine parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lancor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lear such as the 800300372800300372REV2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DMC2410LeadtechDMC2410 manufactured by Leadshine and we are pleased to be able to service most Leadshine systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0004590305 by Manufacturer Lancor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has La-Marche Brand S2A122A2601 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Landis--Gyr such as PTM62Q250M equipment made by Landis--Gyr have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Landis--Gyr products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Landis--Gyr" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LRS52M5 made by Lambda as well as the popular LRS55V24 original spares produced by Lambda

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KSPMA18J100W by Kuse and PTM62Q250M spares by Landis--Gyr are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TS7370 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Technologic.
